Aspiretech Solutions is a recruitment and talent solutions firm with roots in scientific and technical consulting. The company was founded in 2015 in the Philippines, where it built a strong foundation in project coordination, research support, and technical consulting across a range of scientific and engineering fields.

As Aspiretech grew, its expertise expanded into recruitment, which has since become the core focus of the business. Now registered in North America, Aspiretech supports organizations across the region in building strong teams within the NetSuite ecosystem, finance, retail, semiconductor, ERP, SaaS, and Go To Market functions. The company’s approach blends industry understanding with a people centered process that prioritizes capability, alignment, and long term success.

Aspiretech continues to offer specialized research and consulting services as a complementary practice. The core team manages contract administration, coordination, project management, and support functions, working with a multidisciplinary network of twenty one experts in nuclear science, environmental studies, social science, law, communications, information technology, and engineering. These professionals contribute to feasibility studies, risk assessments, nationwide surveys, and environmental impact evaluations.

The company also works with partner organizations through joint venture arrangements when additional expertise or capacity is required. National Broadband Plan Accelerated Fiber Build

Funded by NEDA and proposed by the Department of Information and Communications Technology, this study supported the deployment of fiber optic cables to expand internet access across the country. Conducted in joint venture with Coleago Consulting Ltd. (UK), the project covered market, technical, environmental, social, legal, institutional, financial, and economic aspects.

Research Reactor Feasibility Study

Commissioned by the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI), this study evaluated the potential of establishing a research reactor to advance nuclear science and technology in the country. Aspiretech’s team of nine experts assessed technical, socio-economic, financial, and regulatory dimensions.

Accelerator Facility Feasibility Study

Also for PNRI, this study explored the viability of a multi-purpose accelerator facility for applications in healthcare, energy, agriculture, climate science, and education. Aspiretech identified suitable accelerator types and commercial opportunities for the proposed National Accelerator Center.

Palawan Integrated Food Irradiation Facility

Commissioned by the Department of Agriculture, this study assessed the feasibility of a food irradiation facility in Palawan. It identified suitable products, irradiation methods, and commercial potential, with full analysis across technical, market, financial, legal, and environmental aspects.
