With over a decade of experience supporting multi stakeholder initiatives, she brings clarity, structure, and operational excellence to every hiring engagement.

She oversees Aspiretech’s internal operations, documentation standards, and workflow design, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful experience for clients and candidates. Alongside recruitment, she also supports the company’s research work, including feasibility studies and related consulting projects.

Abby brings deep expertise in recruitment across the NetSuite ecosystem & other ERPs, finance, retail, semiconductor, GTM, and SaaS domains. Her approach blends empathy, precision, and a commitment to helping both clients and teams succeed.
